The Vet Visit Passport

Form entries are held in the current webpage. The prototype does not upload them or store them in an account. Printing or downloading produces a copy on your device. Clear the form or close the page to remove the active notes.

Saved reading, reading preferences and the sitter tool

Your chosen article text size is saved in local browser storage when you adjust it. Saved reading keeps article IDs in local browser storage when you use a Save button. It does not sync to an account. You can clear the list from the Saved reading page. The Pet Sitter Handover keeps form entries in the active page and does not upload them. Your day/night display preference is stored in this browser when local storage is available.

Newsletter preferences

The newsletter forms are previews. They do not send, save or subscribe an email address. A production service will require a publisher-approved privacy notice, consent process and unsubscribe facility.

Third-party assets

Fonts load from Google Fonts and photographs load from Unsplash. Those providers receive ordinary web requests when the assets load. No analytics or advertising trackers have been added to this design. Hosting and access services have their own terms and data handling.

Public launch

The publisher must supply its identity, contact, applicable privacy information and retention policies before public release.
